You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our number. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, simply re-enroll the same way you did initially.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Assurance Benefits Consultants or any of our affiliates (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your participation is also subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. These terms do not override any other agreements you have with us.

OUR TERMS OF USE REQUIRE THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, WITHOUT CLASS ACTIONS OR JURY TRIALS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE SMS SERVICE.

Providing Phone Numbers and Responsibility to Notify: You confirm that any mobile number you provide is accurate and that you are the current subscriber or owner. If your contact information changes, including your phone number, you agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] before the change takes effect.

Your Consent to Receive Automated Texts: By providing your phone number voluntarily, you consent to receive recurring automated messages (SMS, MMS, or similar technology) from us regarding our services, promotions, and your relationship with us. Your consent is not required to make any purchases. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us, or by emailing [email protected] stating you wish to opt out. You may also reply HELP or email us for assistance. You agree to receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, including those related to privacy or violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or state laws, due to your provision of incorrect phone numbers or failure to notify us of changes.

Participation Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old and have a mobile device capable of receiving SMS from a participating wireless carrier. Not all carriers may support the service. Check with your provider.

Miscellaneous: You represent that you have all legal rights and authority to agree to these terms. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue in full effect. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You are responsible for reviewing updates, and continued participation means you accept any changes.

We do not share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties under any circumstances.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
